Experiences between shopping city, castle scenery and green recreation
Located directly southwest of Graz, Seiersberg-Pirka is one of the most dynamic communities in the greater Graz area. Its proximity to the state capital, modern infrastructure, and diverse recreational activities make it a popular destination for day trips and short visits.
The focus is on the ShoppingCity Seiersberg, one of the largest shopping centers in Austria – but Seiersberg-Pirka is more than just shopping: walking paths along the Windorf pond, cultural events in St. Martin Castle and leisure activities such as the annual Sautrogregatta offer varied experiences in an urban environment.

Seiersberg-Pirka was created in 2015 through the merger of the two municipalities Seiersberg and Pirka as part of the Styrian municipal structural reform.
Over the last decades, the town has developed from an agricultural suburb into an economically active community with a high quality of living and strong urban connections.
In addition to the ShoppingCity, historical structures such as St. Martin Castle and the rural surroundings also shape the community's current profile - a place in transition with many faces.
